Created in 1990, BECOME (Business, Educators & Community Organized to Maximize Education) is an award winning committee of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce serving Roseville and Granite Bay. It was formed as a unique partnership consisting of the five area school districts, community organizations, and local businesses.

The mission of BECOME is to develop and implement a program encompassing the interaction of education, business, and community. It will support excellence in education so those students can become productive and responsible members of society.
