Sadie St. Lawrence is a futurist, two-time founder, and thought leader working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, and the future of work. With over a decade of experience leading data science and AI strategy initiatives across healthcare, as well as public and private sector organizations, she brings both technical depth and strategic insight to her work. She is the founder of Women in Data™, now the world’s largest community supporting women in data and AI, and currently leads The Human Machine Collaboration Institute (HMCI), a boutique research and advisory firm dedicated to helping humans and intelligent machines collaborate more effectively to shape a more conscious and innovative future.

In addition to her work as a founder and advisor, Sadie is a globally recognized educator and speaker who has taught more than 700,000 learners through courses and programs with UC Davis, Coursera, and LinkedIn Learning. She is a trusted partner to leading organizations including AWS, NVIDIA, IBM, Deloitte, and Starbucks, delivering keynote talks, executive training, and strategic advisory services. Her work focuses on equipping leaders and knowledge workers with practical frameworks to navigate AI-driven transformation, from building data-driven cultures to leveraging emerging tools that enhance human creativity and productivity.

Sadie has been named to DataIQ’s 2025 Top 100 Most Influential People in Data & AI and has been recognized across multiple global “Women in AI” lists. Known for her thoughtful, educational approach, she creates content and experiences that prioritize substance, spark meaningful dialogue, and drive real-world impact.
