Dear Valued Members,

It has been an honor to serve as your Roseville Area Chamber CEO since October 2021. Together, we’ve achieved tremendous milestones and elevated the Chamber’s work to new heights. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside a talented and passionate team, a dedicated board, and committed members like you.

Over the past few years, we’ve made meaningful progress, including:

  • Successfully completing the Chamber’s 5-star re-accreditation.
  • Launching impactful programs such as our industry-specific roundtables and the Business Bootcamp.
  • Securing funding and implementing the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) initiative, which strengthened partnerships with our community colleges to better align training with business needs.
  • Building out a robust Public Policy platform with a new Advocacy Newsletter, Action Alerts, a legislative tracking system, and the revitalization of the UCAN coalition.
  • Increasing overall revenue and the profitability of all our signature events.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to share that I have accepted the position of Vice President of Small Business Advocacy at CalChamber. This new role offers the opportunity to expand the impact of our work here in Roseville to chambers and small businesses across California. I was honored to be recruited for this position, which I see as a testament to the strength of our Chamber and the collective work we’ve done together.

To ensure a seamless transition, the Board of Directors has appointed Amy Triplett as Interim CEO to oversee the Chamber operations and programs.

Amy currently serves as our Director of Finance and HR and has been a vital member of our team for over 10 years. Her deep knowledge of Chamber operations, steady leadership, and commitment to our mission will be key to the organization’s continued success in delivering the 5-star accredited programs and services provided to you as our valued members. I have full confidence in her ability to guide the Roseville Area Chamber during this transition period while the Board works diligently to identify your next Chamber CEO.

Thank you for your partnership, trust, and support throughout my time as CEO. It has been a privilege to serve you, and I am so proud of all that we’ve accomplished together. I look forward to staying connected and engaged in the Roseville community while cheering on the Chamber’s continued success.

With gratitude,

Rana Ghadban

CEO, Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce
